Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to soccer services provided by Tirana Football Club, operated by Marko Sinani. Because we provide training services, physical product returns do not apply.

1. Group Classes: Missed Sessions

If a participant misses more than two scheduled sessions in their package, a parent or guardian may request a refund for the third and subsequent missed sessions.

The first two participant absences are nonrefundable. Sessions attended are also nonrefundable.

Refunds are calculated using the amount paid for the package divided by the number of included sessions.

Example: For a $250 package containing 10 sessions, each session is valued at $25. If a participant misses three sessions, the eligible refund is $25. If they miss four sessions, the eligible refund is $50.

Please submit your request within seven days of each refundable missed session. You may notify us in advance of planned absences. Individual makeup sessions for participant absences are not guaranteed.

Sessions canceled by Tirana Football Club do not count as participant absences.

2. Sessions Canceled by Tirana Football Club

If we cancel an individual session because of weather, field closure, coach availability, or another operational reason, we will offer a makeup session.

If we cannot provide a suitable makeup, you may choose a credit or a refund for the canceled session.

If we cancel an entire program before it begins, you may choose a full refund or a credit. If we end a program early, you may choose a refund or credit for all undelivered sessions.

3. Schedule or Location Changes

We will notify affected families as soon as reasonably possible about changes.

If a material change to the scheduled time or location prevents participation, contact us to arrange an alternative or a refund for affected, undelivered sessions.

4. Private Training

Any private-training cancellation deadlines, rescheduling conditions, package expiration dates, or cancellation charges will be disclosed and agreed before payment.

We will not apply an undisclosed cancellation charge. If no separate cancellation conditions were agreed, contact us to arrange rescheduling or a refund for canceled, undelivered training.

If we cancel a private session and cannot arrange a suitable replacement, you may choose a credit or a refund for that session.

5. Free Trials

Free group trials involve no payment and therefore have no refund value.

If you cannot attend a confirmed trial, please notify us promptly. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

A free trial does not automatically enroll you in a paid program.

6. How to Request a Refund

A parent, guardian, or purchaser should contact us by email or through our website contact form and provide:

• The purchaser’s name and booking email.

• The order number, if available.

• The program or package purchased.

• The affected session dates.

• A brief explanation of the request.

Please do not include medical records or payment card details in your request.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the affected services. We will not substitute a credit for a refund you are entitled to without your agreement.

8. Your Rights and Policy Changes

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

The policy in effect at the time of booking applies to that purchase. Later changes will not retroactively reduce your refund rights.
