Tirana Football Club is operated by Marko Sinani. These terms explain the conditions for booking and participating in our group soccer classes, free trials, and private training.

1. Enrollment and Bookings

A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment for a participant under 18 and provide accurate contact and participant information.

Program pages identify the applicable age range, location, schedule, session count, and price. Paid enrollment is confirmed after payment and our booking confirmation. If we cannot fulfill a booking, we will offer an alternative or refund the amount paid.

Private training dates, locations, package conditions, and any cancellation deadline will be provided before payment.

2. Free Group Trial

First-time participants may request one free group session, subject to the advertised age requirements and available space.

Submitting a trial request does not reserve a place. We will contact the parent or guardian to confirm the date and location.

No purchase is required, and the trial does not automatically enroll the participant in a paid program. The group-trial offer does not include private training unless expressly stated.

Please notify us promptly if you cannot attend a confirmed trial.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices and any applicable additional charges are disclosed before purchase. Packages cover the number of sessions specified at booking.

Payments are processed through our checkout providers. We do not automatically renew a package or charge for additional sessions without authorization.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not increase the price of an existing paid booking.

4. Attendance and Safety

Parents or guardians are responsible for timely arrival and pickup, accurate emergency contact details, and appropriate clothing, footwear, shin guards, and water.

Please tell us about information necessary for safe participation, including relevant health conditions or accommodations. Contact us to arrange an appropriate way to provide sensitive information rather than placing it in a general website inquiry.

Participants must follow coaching instructions and treat other players respectfully. We may pause participation or ask a participant to leave a session when necessary to address unsafe or seriously disruptive behavior. We will discuss further participation and any applicable refund with the parent or guardian.

Soccer involves physical activity and a risk of injury. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains eligibility, request deadlines, and processing times for group programs.

If we cancel an individual session because of weather, field closure, coach availability, or another operational reason, we will offer a makeup session. If we cannot provide a suitable makeup, we will offer a credit or refund for the canceled session.

If we cancel an entire program before it begins, we will offer a full refund or an optional credit. If a program ends early, we will refund the undelivered sessions or offer a credit at your choice.

Separate private-training cancellation conditions, if applicable, will be disclosed and agreed before payment. They do not reduce rights required by law.

6. Schedule and Location Changes

We will notify affected families as soon as reasonably possible about changes. If a material change prevents attendance, contact us to arrange an alternative or a refund for affected, undelivered sessions.

7. Photos and Videos

We obtain separate permission from a parent or guardian before using identifiable photos or videos of a child for our website, social media, or advertisements.

Enrollment or trial participation alone does not grant promotional photo permission. Declining permission does not affect eligibility to participate.

A parent or guardian may withdraw permission for future use and request removal from channels we control by contacting us. We may be unable to retrieve printed materials already distributed or copies independently shared by others.

8. Communications and Privacy

We use your contact information for inquiries, booking confirmations, schedule updates, and other service communications.

Submitting an inquiry or enrolling does not automatically constitute consent to promotional text messages. We obtain marketing consent where required and provide applicable opt-out options.

9. Website Content

Website materials owned by or licensed to Tirana Football Club may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Personal, noncommercial use of publicly available training resources is permitted unless stated otherwise.

Training is intended to support development. We do not guarantee specific improvement, team selection, scholarships, or professional opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future bookings by publishing a revised version. Material changes will not retroactively reduce the benefits or refund rights of an existing paid booking without agreement.

These terms are governed by New York law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
