Welcome to Tirana Football Club (“we,” “our,” “us”). By registering your child for our soccer programs, using our website www.tiranafootballclub.com, or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before enrolling.

1. Program Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received in full.

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate contact information and disclose any relevant medical conditions for their child.

  • Tirana Football Club reserves the right to deny participation if we believe it may endanger the safety of the child or others.

2. Attendance & Participation

  • Players are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

  • Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives and is picked up on time.

  • Children must follow coach instructions and show respect toward coaches and fellow players.

3. Refund Policy

  • Players who miss more than two (2) sessions may request a refund for the unused sessions beyond those two absences.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the missed session(s).

  • If Tirana Football Club cancels a session (e.g., weather, field closure, or coach availability), a make-up session, credit, or refund will be offered.

  • No refunds are given for single absences unless they exceed two sessions total.

4. Safety & Liability

  • Soccer is a physical activity, and while we prioritize safety, injuries may occur.

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the risks associated with sports participation.

  • Tirana Football Club, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence.

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring their child has appropriate footwear, attire, and hydration.

5. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a positive, supportive environment.

  • Bullying, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward players, parents, or coaches will not be tolerated.

  • Tirana Football Club reserves the right to suspend or remove a player without refund for repeated misconduct.

6. Media Release

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for Tirana Football Club to use photos or videos of sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the program begins.

7. Website Use

  • All content on www.tiranafootballclub.com is owned by Tirana Football Club. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

  • We may update pricing, schedules, or policies at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York, NY.
